So far the drive thru has been my experience so far. Been twice. Slow drive thru but I get that, not been sitting under heat lamp all day. My issue is that the guy taking orders tries to hurry you along very quickly like you have memorized the menu. Good choice for the area though.

Placed an online order 45 minutes in advance and they still screwed it up. You would have to be an idiot to get the order wrong. Never again!

panda is a good quick chinese food, however the people at the drive thru were quite rude & completely snappy for no reason. the food was great, the drive thru staff that night were just awful. may come back & hope for a different person! overall great place this was just my experience that night :/

Usual, generic, food court style Chinese food. There is a female that works there named Patricia whose voice makes me wanna throw kittens! She is so obnoxious and rude. Apparently she thinks that teriyaki chicken does not come with teriyaki sauce.... what a toad! The food is ok and the service is lackluster at best!

The drive thru is absolutely horrid. You can walk in and out at least twice as fast as going thru the drive thru. What's the point of having a drive thru if the order is going to take so much longer?

First off ... Why would you eat here when there is a Chick-fil-A across the street .... ??? Funny how Panda follows CFA and sets up shop in their trade areas!! ... Guess they hope for folks that can't get into CFA's busy parking lots .... Panda should have stayed in the mall concept.. Not good enough for free-standing. This type food should be done RIGHT and not in this format. I waited in line 45 min for cold food !!!

Great food, the drive thru is quick and easy. Dine in, however, can be quite horrendous due to the amount of people that go there. The chow mein is quite bland. But i do recommend the beijing beef, orange chicken, and honey walnut shrimp. About a 3.5...the rice and lo mein are pretty bland...

Been here three times in the past few months and similar quality and service each time. Limited selection, mediocre quality, poor customer service. Not positive but pretty sure the cashier stole my credit card info. Had not used the card for months, used it there once, and the next day got the call that someone tried to use my card in South Florida. Very glad that my credit union was on the ball. If I use this location again, I'll use cash. Be cautious.

Well I guess my initial excitement has subsided. The food is fine, but the service is horrid. The employees are ridiculously slow and have no sense of urgency. Just watching the servers slowly spoon food onto a plate is incredibly frustrating. How much time can you spend arranging the pieces of chicken on a plate? Just dump it and go! And listening also goes a long way. How many times do I have to say "orange chicken" to you before you realize what I'm saying? If you're taking it to go, it's better to deal with the drive through. At least you'll be in your car listening to music instead of just blankly staring for 20 minutes before you even get to order your food.

Wtf?! This location sucks! The food sucks. The drive thru sucks. The inside line sucks. I love Panda Express and was super excited when this one opened in FWB. I so wanted to love this place. But it hasn't gotten any better since they opened last year. So disappointing.

Unlike some of the reviews here. I personally have not had the same issues with lack of menu items. I've been here about 6 times since they have opened and have always enjoyed the food, portions, cleanliness and atmosphere. I will admit they get just a little pricey when you start tacking on extras but it's not too bad. I usually on myself spend about $13 with all the extras. I'd say try the place out before passing judgement based on reviews.

There are times in your life when you try something new & your existence on this planet is enhanced and made better for it...going to Panda Express is not one of those times. It's been many years since I tried a PE & was heartened when one opened in FWB. My past experiences were good; this one was just as about as bad as it can get. Where to start? We got the order to go & the atmosphere inside was "chaotic" as my lunch partner put it. The servers stand less than a foot from each other and still managed to neglect to give us the egg roll in one order even though it was acknowledged. The food? In a word, blah...fried rice was chewy, orange chicken ran the gauntlet from bland to eye watering spicy in the same three bites. My lunch buddy's veggie noodles were lackluster. Both of us tossed our portions in the trash after a couple bites. The egg roll we did get was passable, but not by much. The only thing not screwed up was the fortune cookie...oh, wait, there was only one in the bag so I guess even that was a swing and a miss. My recommendation? With all the other Asian restaurants in FWB, do yourself and the economy a favor by taking your business to a locally owned establishment.

My experience and the food I had were fine. As others have also said, lots of the food items were out, and you have to pay an additional charge for certain items. A lot of the complaints I read here I feel are a bit unfair, since this is a new restaurant and the first of its kind in this area and, as such, some of these issues are to be expected in the beginning. Now if they're still having these issues 3 months from now, that's a different story. Try it for yourself. I found it to be a refreshing change from all the same old stuff we have around here.

    Greasy, sometimes tasty, and cheap

About what you'd expect for a Panda Express. They just opened, so it will take some time to figure out how good/bad they'll end up being.

I've tried it twice and had a horrible experience both times. Lots of staff but nobody is working. Always out of food and what's there has been there for a while. Staff is either very rude or just doesn't care. Twice tonight I wasn't given my change because the change machine was out. I hand to bring it to the attention of the same cashier twice as if it was magically going to fix itself. How many people got ripped off between my visits to the register? I brought two friend that were new in town tonight. Now you've got four people that won't be coming back.

Have been there 3 times since opening. Portion size for entrees during lunch getting smaller and smaller.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
